We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us using the "contact us" page on the website.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item was damaged in shipping, please take detailed pictures of the damage. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact us and we will do our best to work out a solution. We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges of used items due to the personal nature of these products. Our goal is happy customers but we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding; these policies help us to avoid fraudulent returns. Gift cards are not returnable and items purchased with complementary gift cards may not be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
